ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Bucharest
Arrival at the airport of Bucharest. Warm welcome at the airport by an English speaking guide. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Bucha-rest.
Day 2: Bucharest(Bucuresti)
Sightseeing tour in Bucharest. Bucharest is a 2 million capital of Romania. Ramble through the old town centre with buildings in renaissance and baroque style. Over-night stay and dinner at hotel.
IDay 3: Bucharest – Kronstadt (Brasow)
In the morning departure from Bucharest in the direction to Transylvania. We pass a charming landscape to Sinaia. Continuing to Kronstadt, one of the most impor-tant economy center of Transylvania. visit the Old Town. Transfer to the hotel . Overnight stay and dinner at hotel. in Brasow.
Day 4: Brasow
Day trip to and visit of the church castles Tartlau, continuing to the castles Marien-burg and Honigberg. From there we drive the castle Törzburg. Continuing to the famous climatic and winter city Poiana Brasow. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
Day 5: Brasow – Sibiu
After breakfast trip to the castle of Fogarasch(Fagaras)and castle church of Grossschenk(Cincu). Continuing to the castle of Schäss(Sighiosoara). Ramble through the old town. Further on to castle church of Medasch (Medias) and visit of the curch of Margareth. Continuing to Hermann Town, the culture centrum of Transylvania. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Sibiu.
Day 6: Sibiu
In the morning sightseeing tour of the baroque town Sibiu.
In the afternoon visit of more sights of interest. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
Day 7: Sibiu
After breakfast trip to Tirgu. Short sightseeing tour in the city . Continuing to Klausenburg(Cluj Napoca), one of the most industrial, science and culture centrum of Transylvania. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
Day 8: Sibiu
After breakfast tour to Sbiel with sightseeing of one of the biggest collection of verre eglomise pictures and icons of South Transylvania. Continuing to Mühl-bach(Sebes), then towards Deva, a beautiful town in the valley of the Mure river. Return to Weissenberg/Karlsberg and Blaj to the church castles of Sura Mare, Frauendorf (Axente Sever) and Stolzenberg (Slimnic). Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Sibiu.
Day 9: :Sibiu- Departure from Bucharest
Early in the morning departure from Sibiu and transfer to the airport of Bucharest. Flight back home. |
