ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival at Damascus
Arrival to Damascus airport – meet and assist - transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Damascus – Bosra - Damascus
Excursion to Bosra. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Damascus.
Day 3: Damascus
City tour of Damascus: the National Museum, the Omayyad Mosque, the Azem Palace, the Straight Street, the Chapel of St. Anainas, the Window of St. Paul and stroll in souk Hamidie. Departure in the late afternoon to Palmyra. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Damascus - Palmyra
Full day visit of Palmyra: the Temple of Bel, the Arch of Triumph, the Great Colonnade, the Theatre, the Agora and the Tombs. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Crac des Chevaliers - Aleppo
Departure to Crac des Chevaliers. Visit of the castle and continue to Hama, stop near the Norias. Drive to Aleppo. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Aleppo – St. Simeon - Aleppo
Sightseeingtour of Aleppo: the Citadel, the Grand Mosque, the Caravanserai and the old famous souks. In the afternoon excursion to St. Simeon and finally return to Aleppo. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Aphamea – Serjilla - Damascus
Departure to Aphamea: visit of the site and continue to Serjilla. Visitation of Serjilla and afterwards ride to Ma’aloula for the visit of the Convent of Mar Sarkis and the Monastery of Mar Takla. Transfer to Damascus. Dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Damascus departure
