ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival in Sana’a
Arrival at the airport of Sana’a. Welcome by an English speaking guide and transfer to the hotel. Overnight stay in Sana’a for 3 nights.
Day 2: Sana’a – Wadi Dhar
In the morning we will drive to Wadi Dhar. Visit of the summer residence of Iman Yahya. Continuing to the wedding mountain. Return to Sanna’a. Walkabout through the historical old town. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
Day 3: Sana´a – Shibam – Kawkaban – Thula
Trip to the picturesque village Shibam. Continuing to Thula. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
Day 4: Sanna – Rub Al Chali –Marib
Tour to Rub-Al`Chali, the endless desert. Continuation to Marib Bilqis. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Bilqis.
Day 5: Marib – Wadi Hadramaut – Shibam – Say´un
Early in the morning check out and tour through the Ramlat aces Sabatayn. Tour through Arabian desert on sand pistes. Lunch. Continuing to Wadi Hadramaut and to Shibam. 2 overnight stays and dinner at hotel in Say-un.
Day 6: Say’un, Tarim, Aynat
Sightseeing tour through Say’un. Then we drive to Tarim. Stop over at Aynat. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Say’un.
Day 7: Sayun, Riyan, Sana ` a
In the morning tour through varied deserts and mountain landscapes in the direction to the Golf of Aden. Flight back to Sanaa. Transfer to hotel. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Sana’a
Day 8: Sana ` a, Jiblah, Ibb - Taizz
Tour to the green heart of the Yemen. Visit of Yarim, the highest location of the Yemen. Return to Ibb. Lunch. Afterwards we drive to Taizz. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Taizz.
Day 9: Taizz – Al Mocha – Al Khukha – Hodeidah
Sightseeing tour in Taizz. Then we go to Tihama. Along the coastline tour we drive to Al Kuhuktha and Hodeidah. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Hodeidah.
Day 10: Hodeidah – Manakha – Al Hajjara – Sana`a
Sightseeing tour in Hodeidah. Tour along the coastline of Haraz and visit of Al Haijara and Manaktha. 3 overnight stays and dinner at hotel in Sana’a.
Day 11: Sana`a – Kohlan – Amran – Hajja
Excursion to the wild mountain area. Visit of Kohlan and stop at Amran for lunch. Visit of the village Haija. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
Day 12 and Day 13: Sana`a – Al Tawilah and return flight
Excursion to the wild mountain area northeast of Yemen. Stop in Wadirand. Return to Sanaa, leisure time and dinner at hotel. Afterwards Transfer to the airport on the next day and flight back home. |
