ITINERARY
Day 1: Arrival Damascus
Arrival at Damascus airport – meet and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Damascus
City tour of Damascus: the National Museum, the Omayyad Mosque, the Azem Palace, the Straight Street, the Chapel of St. Anainas, the Window of St. Paul and stroll in souk Hamidie. Departure in the late afternoon to Palmyra. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Palmyra
Full day visit of Palmyra: the Temple of Bel, the Arch of Triumph, the Great Colonnade, the Theatre, the Agora and the Tombs. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Crac des Chevaliers - Aleppo
Departure to Crac des Chevaliers where we visit the castle. Continue to Hama and stop next near the Norias. Drive to Aleppo. Dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Aleppo
Visit of Aleppo: the Citadel, the Grand Mosque, the Caravanserai and the old famous souks. In the afternoon excursion to St. Simeon, short visitation of the city and return to Aleppo. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Aphamea – Damascus
Departure to Aphamea: visit of the site and continue to Serjilla. Afterwards ride to Ma’aloula for the visit of the Convent of Mar Sarkis and the Monastery of Mar Takla. Transfer to Damascus. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7: Bosra – Jerash – Amman
Departure to Bosra. Visit of the site. Proceed to Jerash where we have a lunch break at the beautiful Green Valley. Continue to Amman. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 8: Madaba – Mt.Nebo – Kerak – Petra
Amman, Madaba, Mt.Nebo and Kerak. Lunch at a restaurant. Finally arrival to Petra. Dinner and overnight.
Day 9: Petra - Amman
Full day visit of Petra. Lunch on site at Al Anbat. Back to Amman. Dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Amman departure
Transfer to Amman airport for departure.
